Right Signature V4 Signature Certificate

Hello team,

We have recently moved from Right Signature version 3 to 4. We noticed the Signature certificate is not getting added in the final executed pdf document.

1. Is there any settings in portal to include the signature certificate in final pdf?
2. Can we access the signature certificate using the API?

Thanks in advance.

Right now the only way to get the signature certificate is from the web app, as a separate document, not from the api.

Is there any way we can automate this?

Aron,

As a part of this now GET /documents/:id we have signature certificate url included. (https://api.rightsignature.com/documentation/resources/v1/documents/show.en.html)

Thanks

Saravanan,

We'd really like to see this feature created.  Presently, when a document is signed, we download both the signed document and the certificate, then we append the certificate to the signed document using a third party PDF editor.  This is creating a ton of headache for us.

Can this be changed?

Tom,

We are getting this request from some other folks as well. We are considering this as a feature request and seriously considering this for implementation. I will keep you posted here.

Thanks
