RightSignature Android 7.0 UI Issues

The RightSignature Android application has a few UI issues that make using the app challenging.

List of issues:
  • After creating a document to sign in-person send the user directly to the document to be signed, or at the very least to my list of documents.

  • When signing a document on the tablet my view should be scrolled up to see TextFields.  Currently they can be hidden behind the keyboard.

  • When entering your signature the field sometimes is not displayed correctly, and the Apply/Cancel buttons are hidden.  The current fix is to scroll up in the grey area above the signature box in order to see these buttons.

  • The document signing page is a web wrapper.  I have an 'X' in the top-left, and if I press it the entire application closes.  The only way back is the back-button on Android.  Why not give the 'X' button the same functionality as going back?

  • The list of documents should be reloaded every time you go back to display new documents on both iOS and Android.

  • Add the ability to use your Fingerprint or Face ID to login on both iOS and Android.  Typing in your entire email and password every login is taxing.

  • Add more ability to manage documents in the RightSignature mobile applications.  The ability to manage/add/remove people from the document and Void/Edit the expiration date.
If you need me to elaborate further I can!

Thank you,

Dominic

Another issue is when someone signs the document in-person you are logged out of RightSignature on the Android application.
