I have an existing ShareFile account (ShareFile Corporate) and I tried to integrate with a RightSignature Business trial account. I created the RightSignature trial account with the same email and password as the current ShareFile account (easy to remember). However, when I try to integrate with RightSignature from within ShareFile (Apps, Citrix Integrations). I get a logon screen and I'm not able to logon (Couldn't log you in as xxx). The email and password are 100% correct and I am able to logon directly to the RightSignature account with the same credentials.
