Scam emails using Sharefile name

Individuals in our company have received emails pretending to be from sharefile telling people their "important files are bout to expire/get deleted."  We have warned our employees that sharefile does not send emails like this and to not click on these links and so far they haven't but you may want to warn people about these.

Where can I forward suspicious sharefile emails?

I have at least one with live links that I haven't clicked. I'm BCC'd on them. The files are linked to what appears to be a real accounting firm. Maybe their sharefile account was hacked?

The sender's email address doesn't seem to be associated with the accounting firm's domain and the title says "Frank's Extension"

Hi Derek,

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know. It would be great if you could forward these emails to our support team at support@sharefile.com so that we can further investigate and expire any ShareFile links if found to be malicious.

Thanks again and have a great day!
