Send for review before signature

What I am about to suggest I believe that would be a key element for all companies seeking to have quality control present when sending documents for signatures.

I believe that there would be great value to designating a "reviewer" role when sending out files for signature.  This would be a person that reviews the document and then says that it is approved to send for signature.  This reviewer cannot be designated in any way as a signer as he is not a person who is legally binding for the document.  His role is to simply approve it to document to be sent to the customer for signature once he reviews it.

I have talked to your support techs about this and they have stated that this is not the first time they have heard this request from individuals.  So please consider implimenting something like this ASAP.

I do appreciate your help and the value that RightSignature adds to our company.  This will take it to a whole other level.

Warmest Regards,

David,

Appreciate your valuable inputs.

We would be glad to consider this use-case for RightSignature and see how best we can address such an approval work-flow in the future.
