Set timezone for all employees

Our offices are based in the Pacific Time zone (PST) but our ShareFile environment defaults for all new users to EST, a 3 hour time difference.  Users can manually update their own profile to change the timezone themselves,however an administrator doesn't have the ability to change change it for them.  

I'd like to suggest adding the ability to view and change the timezone for all or select users from the People menu option on ShareFile web or other menu location. 

It would actually be beneficial if there were more bulk change options for administrators instead of accessing the Manage gear for each user in Browse Employees.  

The timezone defaulting to EST also skews reporting.
