Shared Folder Question

We have a Sharefile project folder that was set up by an employee who is no longer with our firm.  When he left, we set up another employee with full admin rights to his Sharefile folders.  She is listed properly as "People on this folder" w/ admin rights.  However, she can't access this folder from her "Shared Folders" list.  Is there a way for her to add this folder?
