Sharefile attachments sent through Microsoft Outlook can't be opened by the recipient

i attempted to send a number of Sharefile attachments to various recipients through Microsoft Outlook today and they got the following error message when attempting to open the attachments: "No Items Available//The items associated with the link are unavailable". Note i have sent multiple Sharefile attachments in the past and this is the first time this has happened.

Hi Max, 

I'm on the Engineering team that works on the Citrix Files Email Integrations (including the Outlook Plug-in). 

I have a couple of questions for you to help with troubleshooting this issue:
  1. Do the links in your Sent Items folder in Outlook contain "temp-"?
  2. If you click the link in your Sent Items do you see the proper items in your web browser?
  3. Did you send those specific items with a different expiration policy than others in the past?
I would also suggest going into the Options menu to make sure your default expiration policy is set to your desired date range for links.
