Hello

We have ADFS set up and are trying to have ShareFile Drive Mapper automatically authenticate using Windows credentials. We have the ADFS tested and working properly and it even works 100% with ShareFile Sync - however with ShareFile Drive Mapper it does not automatically log the user in - is there some way to accomplish this?

Did you configured the drivemapper gpo with your company sharefile account?
Gpo —> Drive Mapper – ‘C:\Program Files\Citrix\ShareFile\DriveMapper\PolicyDefinitions’

Implementation Guide

The implementation guide contains information on supported environmental configurations, Group Policy configuration steps, authentication, and troubleshooting: https://citrix.sharefile.com/d-sc1aee...

Hi, yes I have enabled it there with the company sharefile account. It doesn't auto login to ShareFile Drive Mapper on login, it just pops up asking the user to login with our company ADFS login page. I installed ShareFile Sync and tested with that and it worked fine.

I have a similar issue when authenticating against Azure AD Joined Laptops using WIndows Hello For Business. Sync works fine, Drive Mapper fails.
