Have a client that needs to 'abandon' ShareFile (don't ask me why)  - and migrate all the Enterprise users content to OneDrive for Business

- are there any recommended tools that can do that - any "how to/guides" ?

I don't know much about ShareFile - but are being told that such a migration needs do be done in the "users context" as ShareFile are a like a "layer" that only have "pointers" to the specific files that a specific users might have

Hey,

Best option I can think of is to use Sync to download a copy to a server.

Hi Leo

Thank you for your reply :)

I'm also told that ShareFile can act as a 'layer' towards/on top of a File Server/FileShare - then its the same procedure?  - let the user sync - but to another fileserver where there are a folder structure e.g with the users initials?

I think what's being referred to there is when someone hosts their own storage.  It is the same, yes.  Just make sure that whatever you are downloading to allows long filepaths.
