Sharefile Outlook Plugin 6.2 Registry Settings

We have been managing some of the Outlook plugin settings via GPO registry configuration.  We installed the newest version of the Outlook plugin and are running into issues.  Is there a publication of some sort that lists registry related configuration options?  Keys and possible values, etc?  Our issue is that we were using the SSO related settings to control login subdomain but now it's forwarding them to our Onelogin SSO provider which we do not have configured for authenticating all of our staff.

Hi Keith,

I'm on the Engineering team for the Citrix Files Email Integrations (which includes the Outlook Plugin).

We do have documentation on registry entries for SSO you see that at https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX237021, specifically under "Deployment With Custom Registry Keys".

My guess is this is an account setting though. If you have set up SSO with OneLogin, and Require SSO Login for all Employee users then this redirect to OneLogin would be correct. You can find general setup documentation on our SSO article at https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX208557

Hope this helps!

Anthony,
Thank you for your response.  In our case, we used to use registry keys Method and UserConfigurable within the SSO folder.  Are these deprecated?  The articles that you referenced do not list them.  I'm curious to know if there is a complete list somewhere of registry configuration options perhaps pertaining to SSO as well as to other features that we might want to control.

Hi Keith,

In the 6.1 release, we modified how Citrix Files for Outlook discovers accounts that have SSO enabled by receiving that information from the ShareFile Platform which removed the need for the Method and UserConfigurable registry keys.

The article CTX237021 lists the only keys Citrix Files for Outlook will use right now. We are in process of transitioning our documentation from ShareFile to Citrix Files so there are some outdated articles still published, unfortunately.

Our team has discussed the possibility of further additions or improvements to Policy Definitions and GPO but nothing has been finalized there.

Thanks!
