Sharefile Outlook Plugin Issues

Hi there,

we face some issues with the Sharefile Outlook Plugin since last week. Outlook does not react anymore if the user is browsing in his inbox. The only thing we can do is closing outlook in the taskmanager. After deactivating the Sharefile Plugin Outlook works fine and the error cannot be reproduced. We have this issue with Office 2013 and Office 2016, i also tried to update the Sharefile Plugin from version 6.2 to the latest 6.3.17 version without success.

Another problem:
We also had some users where the basic installation setup seemed not to work. Running the setup showed no errors at all but Citrix Sharefile was not shown in programs and features. I think after the 5th installation it finally showed up in the programs and features. Even the installation as administrator did not work immediately.

Thins are getting strange... Does anyone have similar issues or knows how to solve them?

We've run into a number of issues with Citrix Files for Outlook lately. On my Windows 10 Pro workstations, I've had some issues where Sharefile will install but it will fail to load within Outlook itself. Once it's disabled as an add-on in Outlook, I often can't reenable it even if I uninstall it and then install it again.
