ShareFile Service-Desk - tickets not being processed

I am trying for month now to get ShareFile support to help me on my issues. The tickets which are being opened in your service-desk (https://jira.sharefile.cloud/servicedesk/customer/user/requests?status=open) are unprocessed for days now, in state "waiting for support".

Please check what is going on here!
