You can create a link within sharefile to share. This is done via Send both on the website or Desktop widget. Both of these gives you the opportunity to create the link.

Then it is just a matter of how you share the link.

The other thing to consider is to make this anonymous, required name and email address and whether you want a log of what is occurring.

So after the SSO to the ShareFile website, the users can see their own or shared folders?
We want customers to land on specific folders only while partners folders are not visible to anvone based on Active Directory folder security

You can create a Direct Folder link for the folder that you want them to land on, they will still have to authenticate and they will be taken directly to the folder. They will be able to navigate through the web application though, if they have access to other folders on the site.

You (the admin) set up the folder access how you prefer and they will only see the specific folders that you have given them.

I hope this helps, if not, please feel free to expand on the scenario a bit more.

Thanks!

Do you have to create links or can all customers have a default product folder to download product releases/versions?
