Sharefile Sync not Configured

I keep getting notified that Sharefile Sync is not configured. I have full permissions on the Sharefile web page, however am trying to use the desktop app due to the ridiculous issues with limited file name length.

I've selected my folders to sync, selected the folder to sync to, and then suddenly receive notification that it's not configured (This also appears in my 'Hidden Icons' taskbar area).

I've done a complete uninstall, re-install, and proceeded to uninstall and re-install asecond time for good measure. But no luck.

I have a similar problem, in that I get the 'not configured' message and a blank, black, login window. Also occurs with Citrix Files, which also gives an oauth error message and then a black login window. I used to be able to get Citrix support, but it seems to have disappeared now?
