Sharefile Sync not opening for one user

Hi Guys,

Having an issue with a couple of users here where Sharefile Sync will not launch. I've attempted uninstalling and reinstalling using the method of deleting data from appdata and clearing registry keys before reinstalling. It seems to then reinstall ok but will not launch the tool to configure it for the user I can see the process running in task manager but nothing ever appears on screen.

Oddly if I log out of the users windows profile and log in as a different user then Sharefile Sync will launch ok. This made me think resetting the local profile would do the trick but even with a new profile we're seeing the same issue.

Any ideas or am I going to be looking at rebuilding the whole machine?

Thinking out of the box here...Could it be that the window opens out of the screen ? I've had this problem with other application. I am using 2 screens on a docking station. If I "undock" it and work from my laptop directly, the application seems to remember the coordinates where it use to open the window and put it out of my laptop screen.
