HI!

We're trying to configure a SSO integration:  ShareFile - Azure.  But we're getting an error that we can't solve.

We are following these guides:
https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX208557
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/active-directory-saas-sharefile-tutorial

We have configured ShareFile for SAML SSO.  We have created a ShareFile SSO app in Azure.  However, when we select "Test SAML settings" in the app, the result is an error, shown below (item 1).

Following the advice of another guide (http://www.robinhobo.com/configure-citrix-sharefile-sson-microsoft-azure-ad/), we've have tried to change Optioinal Settings in ShareFile (see item 2 below for details).  However it's not possible to save my changes.  The drop-downs always return to their default values.

Can anyone recommend a solution?

Thanks!
