SUpport - How to get to it

I'm trying to get SHAREFILE support but the Citrix and Sharefile sites go in circles.
https://www.citrix.com/contact/support.html / Submit a request / Online - goes back to the same page.
When loggen into Sahrefile and using the Help menu and "Visit Help Center" takes me to https://www.sharefile.com/enterprise and keeps asking me to login.  Any links on this page go in circles.

I have also logged into Citrix.com but the https://secureportal.citrix.com/MyCitrix/Launch/CaseManagement.aspx but the Citrix Online, Sharefile prtal support link goes to http://support.citrixonline.com/ which is a press release form 2017 ..

I'm trying to get help with regards to Sharefile Enterprise Sync and a high percetange of authentication errors.
The application help does not get any responses either.

Does anyone have an email address that works ?

Is there a contact number I can call from Australia?

I had managed to open a case earlier (#78336161) but I only ever received emails about someone unable to contact me, even when I gave alternate phone number.

Yes, what Leo sent you in that case is correct:

You can open a case at https://support.citrix.com/cscase

This is normally reached by going to sharefile.com -> Help Center -> Contact Us -> Get General Help (in the General Technical Assistance box).

Please free to put in another case or asked to reopen the one in question.
