Just updated my Mac to High Sierra and now my Sharefile Sync won't authenticate properly. I reinstalled with the most current version (v 18.104.22.168) and it appeared to log in correctly, but when I clicked the play/pause button to begin a sync, it asked me to log in again. After attempting multiple times, I received an error message saying "Authentication Failure: Please enter your credentials". All my log in information is correct - I've double checked by logging into the website. Any thoughts on how to solve this?
