Sync for Mac, not able to configure

when opening ShareFile Sync for Mac 3.0.150.1 The dialog box disappear and dont let me configure. See attached video

@Kjell, On clicking "Configure Now" a separate dialog should open up to complete authentication.



Do you see any other unaddressed dialogs from ShareFile sync on side bar?

you could try running : /Applications/ShareFile.app/Contents/uninstallSync.sh to uninstall sync and then do a fresh installation if you do not have data that is already synced.

Alternatively, please reach out to our support team to open a case with sync logs.

Thank you for quick reply. The dialog box does not open, and we have uninstalled the app several times already. I will send an email to support for further assistant, thank you:)
