Sync for Windows - Sync issues with files replaced with older versions

Hi, we experience sync issues when our part-time employees log into their computer or when an employee returns from leave. The sync will override a file with a previous version, and this happened to random files. Has anyone else experienced this issue? 

We have reported the issue via "Report an Issue" option and attached a system log. We have not received a reply as yet. Please advise what we can do to prevent issue from occurring.

Hi Mary, sorry to report "yes" we also have sync problems with sharefile sync for windows"

After massive problems about two months ago there was just such an issue registered today at ShareFile Sync 3.19.105.0

I will open a support case - even though expectations to get to the root cause are quite low

Just an update for anyone keeping an eye on the thread -- this didn't appear to have an overwrite this time after looking at the files directly, but we're keeping an eye out for it happening again.
