in the Sharefile User Management Tool you can sync AD groups but i can only create 1 rule for 1 group. i would like to sync a lot of AD groups every hour.

Example :

10 groups with 1 rule that sync them all each hour.

Rico,

You simply need to just create a rule for each AD group and run them all at the same time, either manually within the tool or via a scheduled task

Was hoping this would be possible using a powershell script. Because 100 groups / rules and dont forget new / delete groups.

While its possible you could do this via PowerShell, I don't think we have a script we can just hand you to do it. You are welcome to create one though.

For anyone still looking for this i found an answer :

1) Create a Schedule rule in ShareFile User Management Tool
2) Open The taskmanager and open the task copy the parameter (commit "name.dat"
3) Open Create another task this time use a different group under actions create a new program
Program/Script
"C:\Program Files\Citrix\Sharefile\User Management Tool\UmtJobProcessor.exe"

Parameter commit "name.dat"

here is my schedule manager
