Sync Issue Reporting response

When I enter an issue from Sync's "Report an Issue" link, I get a response that isn't clear. It responds that the issue was reported to the Citrix Support Team but then goes on to say..."please visit the link below to submit a case..." I assume that it has in fact been submitted but I can't be sure. Please make this message more clear to the user...
