Terrible Customer Service!!

We have clients that cannot open the encrypted emails we send them.  It redirects them back to our login page.  I have been trying to working ShareFile's technical support for over 5 MONTHS and nobody will email me back or tell me why this is happening.  My sales representative moved away, and our new representative will not email us back either.  I work in our I.T>Department, and this has been the WORST software I have ever experienced and the WORST customer service. They will sell it to you as the perfect product, but if it doesn't work, you're out of luck because they won't work to fix it.  Just paid a fortune for nothing.
