On occasions and when I attempt to download multiple folders from the same Sharefile page, Sharefile returns a error message with code 104, indicating that Sharefile could not prepare the file to download.
How recently were the folder contents uploaded? Error Code 104 usually happens when you can't reach one of the storage servers, or if one of the storage servers can't communicate with another one. There's a lot of "could be" reasons, so knowing when it started happening would be good.
If this is using on-premise storage then you'd want to let an administrator on the account know so that they can see if there's any issues on the storage server.

It's been a while since we exchanged emails about this issue. My client recently followed up as the problem is still open when attempting to download several folders at a time.
My IT dpt said that we are not using on-premise storage.
