The new PDF Viewer that was loaded today at around noon no longer provides the ability for users to print the documents with a single click. The PDF viewer now requires the user to download the file, open it in their local application and then perform a file print locally.
Thanks for the update Sophia. The other issues with the new PDF viewer are that there is a limit to the file size that can be opened and overall the document load time for the new viewer went from just a few seconds to almost 30 seconds in some cases. Additionally, the imbedded links in PDFs now open in the same tab causing much confusion in the user navigation model.
Can you guys please also add the ability to see "Outline" like existing bookmarks from Adobe? Every other app out there thats only a few bucks (Good Reader, Notes Plus) even free ones like Adobe Reader, FoxIt PDF all support standard PDF bookmarks and label them as Outline, then the bookmarks are ones that get add just in that app... As of right now an attorney could replace Good Reader and Dropbox sync all together if we can just get this ability to view existing PDF bookmarks for document sections, he loved the sharefile app and annotations, custom bookmarks, but without the outline function that shows existing embedded Adobe Bookmarks to jump to sections of large PDFs he has to first open in another program from sharefile to do his normal workflow... The idea was to replace dropbox and goodreader for the office with ShareFile, One App with Managed storage...Please make this a reality ;-)
