Unable to change login name

I have a User that tried to Sign In using their Email Address instead of their Company Credentials. Login has failed but now when the User clicks on Log in with my Company Credentials, the email address is already filled in - the User is unable to change the Login In name and the "More choices" option doesn't work.

Citrix is being used as a plug in for Outlook 2016 - will I still need to delete the cache files?

When they open Outlook, up in the Ribbon is the ShareFile Plug-in options.  If they click on it, can they log out there?

I appreciate your help!

It is "grey" to begin with. Clicking on it will bring up the standard menu. I have the User click on Use Company Credentials and rather than putting in a login name and password, their email address appears and a box asking for their password. When clicking on "More choices", it should bring up the means to put in a new User Name and Password but instead it just freezes.

I would try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it.

I have done that already. I read in another thread to delete the settings.cfg file located in AppData\Roaming\ShareFile\Outlook but that also did not work.
