Unable to map drives while connecting with company credentials

I got IT to recently install Drive Mapper. The client launches, asks my credentials (using SSO) and eventually shows me the landing Sharefile dashboard (my folders, etc.) similar view I get when using a browser. That being said, i'm unable to access settings or drive mapping options (which is the reason I actually requested the software). The icon on the taskbar show ShareFile icon with an exclamation mark and the message "Need Authentication". 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Sergio, 

It sounds like there is some issue with your SAML configuration or how the IDP policy is set. Can you please open a support case and provide your account details, and someone will assist you with troubleshooting it. 

Also are you running into similar issue of being redirected to the webapp page with any other tool (say mobile apps) when you login?
