I am unable to upload any file to sharefile folder in my account.

Whenever i try it, the upload goes to 100%, stays there for sometime and errors out.
On checking the javascript console, i see the below error

No Access-Control-Origin-Header is present on the requested resource. The origin <<my sharefile domain>> is not allowed access.

Attached the image as well to this ticket.

Any help is appreciated. I tried in IE browser as well and same issue.

Hey Karuna - could you please provide more details on what you are doing. Are you logged in the Web Application at https://[your domain].sharefile.com and running into this issue?

Hi Ryan

Yes the user is logged into Web Application corresponding to our domain.

Let me give you context.

We have a Sharefile account. We create folders and provide access to our customers to work with those folders. They have access to login and upload files to folders.

Couple of customers are having problem uploading files to a folder. They tried with direct drag and drop as well as clicking on "Plus" icon -> Upload Files option as well. Both the approaches fail. In both the approaches, the upload shows 100% but errors out after sometime.

They even tried with upload file URL where a popup comes up to upload. Even it fails in that popup upload as well.

I am attaching the Operating System Version, Chrome Version and the javascript errors in browser console here.

I did some research and unable to figure out whether it is browser issue or sharefile issue.

let me know if you need any further information.

thanks
Karuna

Is the web application within the context of an iFrame from your site?

To help with follow this through, could you please open a ticket here -- https://jira.sharefile.cloud/servicedesk/customer/portal/10

If possible, could you create a test user and folder and provide the link that you provide your clients to use to access the site as well as the credentials for that test user. That will let me take a deeper look.
