unzip functionality on upload not working

I've followed the documentation and set unzip flag to true for the file upload. Here is my request url: 
https://hostname.sf-api.com/sf/v3/Items(fob771c8-8184-4a75-80c4-01e92aec8d22)/Upload?method=standard&unzip=true<br alt="" title="" name="" value="" type="" target="" rel="">
The chunkUri I get back:
ttps://storage-use-64.sharefile.com/upload.aspx?uploadid=10befaac-36cf-4235-8dd2-e8f412452955&tool=apiv3&batchid=6095c6ab-5a66-4681-8ee1-72493db1ccbd&encparams=qBHD8...&h=7dawj0PP235xVqZ%2b5eo9qsUJrlaQMvhi74WPelNaPkQ%3d

The ZIP file is not extracted and is uploaded as a single file. Am I missing something?

Hi Ben, we had to disable the feature. We have no estimates of if/when we can enable it again. Sorry about the out-of-date documentation; I'll see about updating that.

That's not great. The use of sharefile was sold to our client based in part on this functionality.
