upload alerts not working

Upload Alerts have been set up since then. But lately, some or most of our clients/recipients do not receive these any more.

I have 1 user who is not receiving any alerts.

The notification log still shows a lot of notifications being sent, but none to this specific user. I've verified the folder rights and removed and re-added them.

Same here. Some of our users do not receive upload or download notifications.

We are having the same issue with receiving notifications. Can you confirm if it just some users and not all? Here is a link detailing their acknowledgement of the issue and a work around. The detail of the issue is pretty vague.
