user does not see any files in folder in Citrix Files

Hello,
I've got a number of users with Citrix Files (drive mapper, not syncing) installed. I have one user who on more than one occasion has shown an empty folder in his citrix files S: drive. That same folder on a different user's computer has had files written into it. On a third user's computer the folder has the appropriate files in it. When I log into the sharefile web interface as User1 I am able to see the files. 
Internet is working well. The citrix file app does not report any issues, other folders work fine. closing the app and reopening doesn't change anything. reboot does not fix. I did get it to work once by uninstalling and reinstalling, but it happened again after that. Clear cache and clear settings did not make any difference. 

All users are in same building using same internet connection.

Has anyone seen this before? any recommendations?

Hi Chris,

This sounds like a bug. Can you please submit the logs, and provide details on which folder was not showing up correctly. 

One thing you could try is to log out the user and log back in again. See if that fixes it. In any case there seems to be a bug that we need to investigate.
