User Management Tool crash after login

Hi all

I used the Citrix User Management Tool 1.12 to sync the AD users of my customer to Citrix Sharefile controlplane until yesterday. After the enablement, on yesterday night, Netscaler side of Kerberos authentication to allow the SSO, the UMT tool stop working at all, and currently the sync task can't  going to work at all.
If i try to launch the UMT, the system prompt me the form with the subdomain and user/password fields, but after the login the UMT close automatically.
On the logs is correctly described the login process without any kind of error (the controlplane returns the admin capability for example) with last log line contain a simply:
 2019-02-14 12:03:24.128 +01:00 [INF] Application_Exit.

I've a massive migration incoming next week and i need the tool working again!

Can anyone help me?

We are also experiencing the same issue and it's a security issue for us as it no longer disables employees who have left the company.

Something I've noticed since using this tool is that after logging in, it freezes to a blank white space. I usually log in, minimize and do something else and when I come back to it, I'm logged in. Not sure how long it takes. The tool is helpful when it works but it definitely needs improvement.

I find it interesting that we've noticed this issue but on the status page they don't have the issue listed: http://status.sharefile.com/ This can't be affecting just two clients of SF? We've opened a ticket with SF and submitted logs but haven't received any response as of yet.

It's been going on with me for months. I started using this tool almost a year ago and nothing has changed. I kind of just said "oh well"

We had issues at the beginning but working with the tech support got the tasks set up properly and we ironed out the issues. But we haven't had the issue we're currently seeing before. Right now it won't even open up. The scheduled tasks say they run and complete but the logs show errors.

Same issue here. Response from support:

Thank you for contacting Citrix tech support.

 

There is an ongoing issue with UMT that has been already reported. Our Devs are already create a hotfix intended to solve this situation.

 

I can add your ShareFile sub-domain to an early distribution list so as to make sure you are among the first to get the hotfix
