Why are some of my clients unable to get Sharefile to load?

Others may have a better reply but with everyone concerned with CyberSecurity, white lists are becoming common.  You may need to have the client contact their network team and see if some of the ShareFile links are blocked by your Clients Firewalls.  Other may be browser related. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX208318  A lot of this article deals with on-prem environments which is not relevant to your client.

Thank you for responding so quickly. Turns out the clients having issues need to clear their browser Cache and that solves the issue!! Love it when it's an easy fix.
