Why do I lose copy and paste and right click functionality when Sync for Windows is running on Windows 10

Using the latest version of Windows sync and well as the previous one or two versions, all on a workstation running windows 10, at some point I lose the ability to copy and paste. I also lose text on the menu of options when I right click.

I have had this problem for over 6 months but just discovered I only have it when sharefile sync is on when I turned it off and I didn't have the problems even running the computer for ways without rebooting.

Also sync is no longer properly syncing files between the cloud and my hard drive which is why I turned it off.

Hi David,

That's the first I've heard of losing copy/paste.  However, that's not the first I've heard about losing text.  When you say you're losing text, is this the problem you're experiencing?

https://superuser.com/questions/1035937/blank-context-menu-items-in-windows-10

There is also this (incredibly long) thread on Microsoft's page about disappearing menu items:

If Sync is no longer syncing files properly then I would recommend reaching out to our support line at 1-800-441-3453 to look into it when you have some time.

I've had the same problem with right click at the desktop for the past 6 months. Its only when Sync is running.  I also get the following at times. This should not be there, its a but or memory leak in the software.  Memory leaks on both?
