Windows 10 - Hello For Business - Single Sign On Failure

Hi All

We have all of our PC's registered with Azure Active Directory and it is the users Azure credentials that they use to authenticate against the laptops.

Single Sign on is enabled for Sharefile and works for Drive Mapper when the users sign into their laptops with a password. However, if users use a PIN or fingerprint (Device specific Windows Hello for Business Feature) the Single Sign On Fails.

Has anybody seen this issue - do Citrix have any plans to resolve the issue? Using a PIN or Fingerprint is actually more secure than a password.
