'You don't have an Office Online license'

When I try to edit a document from ShareFile, it opens in the browser preview window.  When I click edit, i'm asked to sign onto my Office365 work account.  I'm able to log in successfully but i get the message 'You don't have an Office Online license - Your Office 365 account does not have an Office Online license assigned to it'.  I've checked with our technical staff and they say I have all of the appropriate licensing assigned.  I'm also able to use this feature using OneDrive for Business and Box.  Has anyone else run into this?
